3 Checklists to Perfect Your Client Onboarding Process

The process of perfect onboarding differs depending on your business, but the essence is the same. Of course, you’re updating your CRM and complying with legal regulation, but that’s not going to make the customer think you’re the best choice and quell the buyer’s remorse. You’ve also got to build a relationship, get to know the customer’s individual needs (once they’ve signed up, they’re not just a vague profile or target audience) then integrate them into your existing business process.

Majority of E-Laughs are Hahas, Facebook says

By Tom Coombe You may have laughed out loud at something you saw on Facebook recently, but you probably didn t type “lol.” That s according to new research by the social media platform, which analyzed user “e-laughter” across Facebook for the last week of May. Facebook s conclusion: Most people during that time — 51.4 percent — used “haha” to denote laughter. Another 33.7 percent posted some sort of emoji. We take the path of least resistance. Things we would usually have given thought to, we dismiss. Judges are well documented when it comes to decision fatigue, and since our decisions might not be as impactful or obvious as a choice to send someone to prison for life, it s still a real proble

By Michael Guta The ability to deliver a presentation remotely can have myriad advantages for small businesses. And a new tool from Google will allow users to share Slides presentations via Google Hangouts that can be viewed by multiple parties in different locations in real time. Google Slides software engineer Fenil Shah writes on the Official Google for Work blog: “Google Slides helps you share your big ideas with the world, but sometimes presenting these ideas can be challenging. In June, Slides added support for Chromecast and Airplay, which made it easier to project your slides on the big screen. Now there s another new way to share your work: easy presenting to Hangouts video calls. Teammates, partners, clients and classmates can see your ideas, even if they re on the other side of the planet.” Imagine delivering a training session with slides to your remote team spread across the country. Or, perhaps, you could impress potential clients with a Slides presentation without h
